Today we CONGRATULATE OUR 1st EVENT DIRECTOR,
ADRI VAN WYK who achieved her 100th volunteer credit.

Adri started our Bronkhorstspruit community parkrun 16 Febraury 2019 event no 1. Keeping this parkrun going pre covid and handing the duty as Event Director to Andre DE LANGE post covid.
A mother to this parkrun to this day.
Till this day event 309, Adri steps up to volunteer when our other community volunteers are away.

Today we get to thank her for helping our parkrun and on achieving her 100th volunteer.

Please keep in mind that Adri HAS NOT achieved her 100th milestone run yet. Volunteers as Run Director, timekeeper and giving up her run.

Adri van Wyk said today : "Wil almal aanraai om n slag te volunteer. Sulke lekker mense om mee saam te werk."
By her actuons, Adri is setting an example to all today. Join us and enjoy working with such good people in our community.

A BIG THANK YOU ,CONGRATS. Appreciate all you do from event 1 to present day.

Have you volunteered at parkrun this year?

parkrun is only possible as people decide to volunteer.

Are you perhaps a very fast runners? First lady or man? Do your run and help with scanning please.

You can decide to volunteer for any Saturday you want to. There is different tasks you can help with. Even helping out occasionally gives others a chance to participate.

Tasks are simple and easy to explain. Training is available ,gife it a shot. Put up your hand. It's so rewarding.
