And just like that, our SPAR National Womenβs Netball Championships 2026 journey comes to an end. Cape Town tested us, challenged us, taught us β and gave us memories and lessons that we will carry home to Gert Sibande.

To our ladies: you went to Cape Town, you competed, and you represented Gert Sibande with pride. β€οΈπ€π€
We may not be bringing home the positions we dreamed of, but we are bringing home something equally important experience, lessons, exposure, and a clearer picture of where the work must begin.
Now we go back home, regroup, and get back to the drawing board. We analyse. We strengthen our structures. We develop our players. We try new strategies. We work harder and smarter. When the 2027 SPAR National Womenβs Netball Championships arrive, we want to return stronger, better prepared, and hungrier. π₯
A very special congratulations to Siphesihle βGogoβ Skhosana on being selected for the NSA U21 TID programme. ππ This is a beautiful achievement, not only for Gogo but for our entire district. It reminds us that Gert Sibande has high-performance talent, our responsibility now is to identify it, nurture it, support it and give it every opportunity to flourish.
To every player, coach, team manager, technical official and support person who made this journey possible: thank you. To everyone who opened their own wallet and sacrificed financially to be part of this championship, we see you and appreciate you.
