A dream came true on the TEDx Bruneck stage in the Dolomites. Local Roots, Global Wings.

What dream are you ready to step into?

27/09/2026

This is what a dream looks like the moment before it happens.

Relaxed, and quietly ready.

On September 30th, I will hold my talk on the TEDx stage in Bruneck, in the mountains of South Tyrol.

When the thing you worked toward finally arrives, it does not feel like pressure. It feels like belonging.

I have stood in many rooms in my life, on stages, in boardrooms, in front of people who expected something from me.

This one feels different. This one feels like mine.

See you in Bruneck: https://tedxbruneck.it/

A dream I carried for years is about to become real.

On September 30th, I step onto the TEDx stage in Bruneck, in the Dolomites, South Tyrol.

The topic: Local roots, global wings ... cannot wait to share my message.

Now it is my time. Now I get to deliver.

I am keeping the rest to myself for now.

See you there: https://tedxbruneck.it/

Success That Includes You

From the outside, everything can look exactly as it should. Inside, a quieter question begins to grow.

What happens when success no longer feels like your own?

That question became a book.

Success That Includes You is for the successful men and women who have built the career, earned the title, and still feel that something no longer belongs to them. It moves through four stages, awareness, alignment, and the resilience and leadership that hold when conditions turn. Every idea is anchored in a real story from my own life, on the road, in the boardroom, and far from both.

You do not have to leave what you built to feel like your life is yours again.

You can read the opening pages on Amazon with the Look Inside preview, to feel whether this book is for you before you decide.

Success means nothing if it does not include you.

We all keep reminders.
Small notes to ourselves about what matters, and what is still coming.

This was one of mine. And today, I made it.

Success That Includes You is now live on Amazon, in ebook, paperback, and hardcover.

There is a difference between a life that works and a life that feels like yours. This book meets you exactly at that point, and holding it real today, I feel that difference in my own hands.

To everyone who preordered, who said yes, who cheered me on quietly from the background, thank you. You are part of this.

If something in you has been asking whether success still feels like your own, this book was written for you.

JULY 22nd AVAILABLE

There is a difference between a life that works and a life that feels like yours.

This is the back of my book, and it holds the promise inside it.

Most of us keep going, meeting expectations, holding everything together, until something quiet begins to surfacese that something no longer fits, even when everything looks in place.

Success That Includes You meets you exactly there.

It moves through four stages, Awareness, Alignment, Resilience, and Leadership, and closes with a Seven-Day Alignment Experience, a practical invitation to look honestly at your life and decide what needs to change.

It arrives on 22 July.

You do not have to leave the career you built to feel like your life is yours again.

Success means nothing if it does not include you.

13/07/2026

Something I have been working on for a long time is almost ready.

A book. My first one.

It is called Success That Includes You, and it is coming to Amazon very soon.

I wrote it for everyone who has built a career worth keeping and quietly started to wonder when life started feeling like someone else's.

Something got left behind along the way. This book is about finding it again.

Stay close. More coming very soon.

Feeling disconnected from your professional journey?
You’re definitely not alone.

Rediscovering your purpose is totally possible, especially with the right support system in place.
Think of mentorship as your secret weapon for transformation, helping you shift from burnout to brilliance.

Remember, this journey isn’t meant to be taken solo.

Surround yourself with uplifting folks who inspire your next steps.

Ready to start building that network?

Some moments stay with you.

May 12th was one of those for me. Looking into your eyes, sharing what I've been building, feeling you receive it, that is what this work is really about.

Thank you for showing up. For listening. For letting my words land.

Realigning your life without leaving the career you've built, that is the journey. And it begins the moment you say yes to yourself.

One more thing, because it matters: some of you I will see on May 21st at my bonus Live Alignment Session.

If something inside you just said yes, send me a message below and I'll share the link.
