PLAYER TRANSFER ANNOUNCEMENT

Thaba Tshwane FC would like to officially confirm the move of Junior Sekoba to TS Galaxy Football Club.

Junior joined Thaba Tshwane FC two seasons ago as a promising 17-year-old, making his mark in the ABC Motsepe League with his dedication, talent, and commitment to the game.

He will now continue his football journey with TS Galaxy’s DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) team, where he will work his way up within the club’s structures.

We are proud of Junior’s growth during his time with us and wish him every success as he takes this next step in his career.

The entire club and community will be cheering you on as you begin this exciting new chapter.

📣 Thaba Tshwane FC NW ABC Motsepe League status for sale

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Thaba Tshwane FC’s NORTH WEST ABC Motsepe League status is officially up for sale.

This decision has not been taken lightly. Over the past seasons, Thaba Tshwane FC has proudly competed in the North West in the ABC Motsepe League. We’ve built a family, a community, and a football legacy that we will always be proud of.

We are especially proud of the talented young players who we have contributed towards their development, many of whom have gone on to play professional football at higher levels. Their success is our success, and proof of the hard work and sacrifice poured into this club by our players, technical teams and the management under the leadership of the chairman Advocate Tshepo Boikanyo

To our loyal supporters, sponsors, community members, and stakeholders — we are forever grateful. Your encouragement has been the heartbeat of this club. We’ll carry those memories with us forever from our first ever league game in the NW ABC Motsepe league on 17 September 2016 at Letlhabile stadium to our last game at 10 May 2025 at Holy Family Turf, Mogwase. We thank you for standing by us.

As we look to the future, we believe this is the right time to open a new chapter for the club.

Disappointing way to complete the league with referee Othuitse Modise stealing the show. Penalty awarded for the ball hitting our defender on the stomach, disallowed our legitimate goal, 12 min extra time with no serious injury and unsurprisingly he blew the final whistle immediately after the last min goal by the home team.

Disappointing way to end the league when the players gave 200% today.
