These are two saddle bag designs I have been wanting to create for a long time and they are finally done!

First up in all black is the Suzie. This bag attaches to the top of a trail or endurance saddle pommel. She weighs 400g when empty and offers two insulated bottle holders, one top pocket and two side pockets. Each pocket has two compartments thus there are 8 different compartments to organize your ride. The base is padded and lined with a soft faux fur to protect your saddle.

Then in the chocolate brown and pink we have the Sprinter. This bag slips over the cantle and can be used on GP, Dressage or endurance saddles. The Sprinter offers two insulated bottle holders and one center pocket. Its all about hydration and speed with this one weighing only 350g when empty.
Both bags are as always custom made to your color and saddle specifications.

Every saddle bag has a story, and today I’m introducing the inspiration behind Indy. 🐴❤️

Indy, aka Welbech Indian Princess, is a Crabet Arabian mare from a line of impressive endurance bloodlines. Purpose-bred to be a champion on the long roads of endurance.

Of course... she is currently wrapped up in her fleece blanket in her stable, and the feeling of sand underneath her little hooves is definitely not her favourite thing. But she’s still my little champion.

Just like its namesake, the Indy Saddle Bag is short, compact, and chestnut. 😉 A practical little bag designed to carry the essentials — your cellphone, keys, gloves, rescue tablets for the rider and a few snacks... for Indy, of course. 🐴

Meet **Ruby** – the inspiration behind one of my favourite saddle bags.

Ruby is a little rescue pony who was saved from slaughter many years ago. Standing at just 13hh, she's proof that size means nothing. This sturdy, determined mare can pull a cart and has even competed in Competitive Trail Riding.

Just like its namesake, the Ruby Saddle Bag is small, sturdy, and gets the job done. Made from authentic Shweshwe fabric, it's colourful, fun, and full of character... just like Ruby.
