In time i will add my friend Grants One more Systems Power rack, GHD and another Deadlift platform. Then we are looking at adding a great leg extension and maybe a monster leg press machine at some stage.

Thank you to Strength Coach Rory Scheepers

Compete or competed at any National championship and won? Show me your certificate on WhatsApp and I will send you a voucher.

We are working on the website from next week.
Expect some new products, a slight price increase and a new tiered discount page.

Know of anyone struggling who needs some gym equipment? I have some second hand equipment I would like to give away.
