It's Friday peeps.... just a perfect time to get the year finished off before we all hit the beaches and start getting sick of Christmas music in checkers. I can't wait for Christmas (to be over 😅🤣) with the kids officially out of the house gonna make sure that Dad also gets out of the house goodbye SA.... hello Crete 😎🤠

We keep on keeping on. Find a routine that you love do the things that move you forward and sit quietly with yourself on the edge of your bed and ask yourself. Where am I fu***ng up in my life right now then stop doing that.... it's simple but it ain't easy.

The gym was packed today... I think peeps have been chucking down b**r and chips that make winter more bearable. It helps when this rugby but now they're realizing that they're going to have to take their asses to the beach even if it's just to mind the kids Green Peace will be patrolling the bay this year. The really fat ones will be towed back into the water so get your asses into the The Gym peeps otherwise you might just wake up with a rope around your feet.

Sometimes I wonder why I get up and mission to the gym every morning... then, a casual chat with someone at the gym, a brighter day... an idea as I'm walking the hound in the beach afterwards, and suddenly you realize that you have some momentum, and to maintain it requires less activation energy than starting over every time. Do the thing that's good for you, until it becomes a habit that you don't even negotiate with anymore...

My AI trainer told me that I'm slacking with my diet... told me to eat less and walk more... if you say so... - keep at it, make adjustments along the way and you'll still be far ahead of the ones still in bed.
