Myth busting Sunday: lifting weights is for everyone! 💪🏽

The reality is that lifting weights alone won’t make your muscles grow, that outcome depends on how much (and what) you eat - Nutrition matters WAY more than your training when it comes to looks.. 🤷🏾‍♂️

We’re super excited to announce our partnership with as we together aim to get more people on their feet to experience running in a FUN social environment! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

PEAK Members and None-Members alike can take part for FREE, all you need to do is 🔗SIGN UP VIA LINK IN BIO🔗 and then come and meet our PEAK Coaches at your choosen location.
