Pilates is truly the most effective form of exercise one can experience, focusing on core and spine strength, mobility, flexibility, overall well being (physical and mental), posture and injury prevention (prehab) as well as rehab.

We live in a world that often tells us to look better, move better, age better, achieve more… and always have it together.
But real life is far from polished.
It’s messy, funny, colourful and sometimes completely ridiculous.
And maybe that’s the point.
Pilates isn’t about being perfect. It’s about connecting — with your body, your breath, your strength, your balance… and with the people around you.
So here’s your reminder to take yourself a little less seriously.
Laugh. Play. Wear the silly hat. Move because it feels good. Surround yourself with people who make you feel like you can be completely yourself.
Connection over perfection. Every. Single. Time. ❤️

Movement doesn't have to be all or nothing. There have been lots of walks and my upper body felt neglected... Sometimes it's simply about giving your body what it's asking for.
