*Why I started riding: I can't say there was one specific moment in my life that led me to make the decision to start horse riding. I have just always loved horses and wanted to be involved with them for as long as I can remember.

*What I love most about horse riding:Being able to interact and connect with one of God's most magnificent creatures.

*Favourite moment with a horse: When Evie followed me around after join up.

*What my dream/goal for is for my riding career: Currently, it is to be able to ride any horse confidently and correctly.

*My best achievement so far: Clearing 90cm on Lady.

Why I Started Riding:
I started riding because of my love for horses. Being around them is incredibly therapeutic, and horse riding brings me so much joy and happiness.

What I Love Most About Horse Riding:
The special bond and trust you build with your horse, and the feeling of freedom every time I ride.

Favourite Moment with a Horse:
Cantering through the water with Flappy during my very first Cross Country clinic. It was such an exciting and unforgettable experience.

My Dream for My Riding Career:
To compete in the Open Showing and Working Hunter classes.

My Best Achievement So Far:
Jumping 1.10 m and, more recently, entering and successfully completing my very first Cross Country Clinic. 🐴✨

From beginner riders to Open Champions! At Katelands we strive to produce riders and horses from grass roots level right through to the top in the country. We are not your ordinary riding school. Our horses and riders are multi-disciplined and classy. Our focus goes beyond just producing well rounded riders, we aim to educate and equip our riders in all topics horses.
