Sat we did a Hyrox Hybrid Event. 1st ever in South Africa. BC High Performance Centre dominated and we showed that we have the facilities to accommodate all athletes and their passions. There were over 70 teams and we placed 2nd overall. Thank to all the support and hope to see u soon to make the change u want and need!
