Studio Twine Twine Yoga Studio is an escape from the daily Merry-Go-Round of life. We are your home, away from home. Opening the internal door to positive transformation.

Our intention at Twine Yoga Studio is to provide and hold a serene, safe and welcoming space, where every day people can incorporate the practice of yoga into their lives; to explore their bodies and develop their own personal yoga journey toward self-transformation and happiness. A sacred space you never want to be without and a place you look forward to visiting every day. We pride ourselves on having an open space and clean environment that is relaxing, stimulating and inspiring to the creative mind. As you leave, a sense of rejuvenation and inspiration will be with you. Ultimately creating a calm, peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart and a strong feeling of self-acceptance. ​

Starting next Thursday 1st October - Wednesday 14th October we would love for you to share in the magic of yoga here at Twine with a special someone.
Giving the gift of yoga is priceless, and that is exactly what we are doing. Offering a free class pass to a friend of family member over a two week period.

Terms and Conditions:
1. All clients that are attending for free with a friend must be signed in via mind body (prior to class via mind body, or at reception)
2. One free visit per client for the two week period
3. You are welcome to bring different friends on different days (1 pass per client, per day)
4. If you are inviting a friend for free, you must have a valid pre paid pass upon booking

We look forward to expanding our community and meeting some new yoga friends over this two week period. Enjoy lovely ones.

What a lovely week I have just spent in house, participating in my second HK course with Lisa MacKinnon from Holographic Kinetics (dreamtime healing). Not only did I gain such wonderful knowledge from this beautiful healing modality, but I was able to sit with community and bask in the energy and good vibes of the studio space again and again (after all this time).

When I embarked on the yoga studio journey at the young age of 26 (just shy of 10 years ago), the physical space had such an inviting, safe, warm and loveable energy about it.. fast forward 9.5 years and I hand on heart still feel the same way about it today.
I hold and express deep gratitude towards the teaching staff and what they bring to our yoga (and sound) classes, plus an immense appreciation for the wonderful community of students that show up each day/week/month and year.

It was such a joy to be with and notice a lot of students at Twine that have been practicing for as long as our doors have been open - that is true loyalty and a testament to how much we have genuinely cared for the space and those who have come to teach, share and practice with us overtime.

Thank you so much for loving the studio as much as we do and for giving back to the space with a beautiful comment, a new friendship, a helping hand, a membership or a smile that touches a tender heart. I am humbled with this experience and what it has meant to me and my family over the years.
Twine has always been my first ‘baby’ and it has held me through some fairly rich and vocal stages of my life, sincere thanks you to everyone involved.

With the ever-changing seasons of life and what nature shows us and brings, there looks like there may be a (very) exciting change on the horizon for us. For now I am here for you (like you have been for me) and I vow to pour my absolute heart and mind into this wonderful creation so that you can receive the most out of your time here at Twine. Thank you for walking with us, a true honour in this life. Briony x
