Our intention at Twine Yoga Studio is to provide and hold a serene, safe and welcoming space, where every day people can incorporate the practice of yoga into their lives; to explore their bodies and develop their own personal yoga journey toward self-transformation and happiness. A sacred space you never want to be without and a place you look forward to visiting every day. We pride ourselves on

NEW CLASS — Join us every Tuesday from 6.30pm - 7.45pm as Su.Zan Sezgun guides a 75 minute Ashtanga Vinyasa practice and philosophy.
Open to all levels — the Ashtanga Primary Sequence stays the same, and everything within it adapts to the rhythm of each student.
Ashtanga Vinyasa comes from a living lineage — first taught by T. Krishnamacharya in Mysore, India, in the 1930s, then shaped by his student Sri K. Pattabhi Jois into the series we practice today. The most widely taught is Yoga Chikitsa, commonly known as the Primary Series. The practice rests on 3 dimensions: the breath, guiding every movement; the alignment, using dynamic flow to build strength and resilience; and drishti (gaze), bringing the senses back inward.
Every session opens with a chant, planting the seed (intention), and closes with Pranayama and meditation. A complete system, from the physical layer to the subtle body. Every movement brings us deeper into alignment, every breath helps us move with more ease. Deeper roots: Ashtanga at its origins means 8 limbs in Sanskrit, first mentioned in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Today’s adaptation aims to be a transformative practice that requires nothing more than enthusiasm, willingness to learn and patience in the process.
Students with injuries welcome; and the practice will be modified and made safe. The goal is to move deeper inward, not tackle a list of poses.
Starting Tuesday August 4th, 6:30pm

Join Hannah P and Frank for a Sound Unwinding: Metal Element (Lung & Large Intestine). Friday 31st July 6.30pm - 8.00pm
A deeply restorative mid-winter immersion, to encourage awakening of the body’s fluids and allow the nervous system to drop into inner stillness.
Guided by Frank’s calming sound frequencies and Hannah’s self-myofascial release practices, this 1.5-hour workshop will help to open up the breath, clear congestion and enhance circulation throughout the tissues.
Inspired by the Metal Element, this time of year invites us to turn inward, soften what feels held or stagnant and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythms. Through sound, mindful movement and deep rest, participants will be supported to feel lighter, clearer and more spacious in both body and mind.
Bookings via MINDBODY. If you have any questions at all, please send us a DM or email [email protected]
