Today’s class included some brain games like this one below!

Tomorrow’s class will involve some brain training. Can’t make class? Here’s some to do at home.

Use a crossword layout and strategy to identify patterns and piece together the new daily code in the quickest time possible.

Want some exercises to practice again at home? Here’s a program from Wednesdays class. Reach out if you need help remembering any of the movements!!

Simple exercises such as holding onto a wall and hovering one heel off the floor (single leg heel raise) practiced daily will significantly improve your balance. In the class last week we practice holding for a period of 10 seconds. You might find practising at home that you can hold for longer?

Rather than trying to find time to block out and exercise at home consider practising 1 or 2 of these exercises after every meal this week?
