The most common question for these rugs are: "are these for indoors or outdoors?"

Answer: "They are perfect for both! Sand shakes straight off them and when they are looking a bit dirty you can throw it straight into the wash"

These are made from recycled cotton, so if your washing machine has a cotton setting we suggest selecting that ☀️

As a woman running my own business, working full time and managing a house hold for our family or 5, life can be very busy.

And it's the woman in my life and in the community that make this a whole lot more joyful. As women we support each other in so many ways!

I'm at this transition in life where I remember how hard I used to train and having that feeling of endless energy that might just explode out of my body if I don't go for a run. To now where my energy it's a much slower burn (but lasts a lot longer). My body is yearning for slow, flow movements and long walks.

It's hard to ignore that little voice, my younger self feeling lazy or unmotivated. I am embracing this shift in my body and my mind and I accept that my energy may want to be used in other ways, ways that nurture the body.

Summer is amazing but it can be so exhausting! Everyone I'm speaking to is feeling the same, feeling the social burnout and that readiness for early cold nights. To have that beautiful routine that comes with winter.

So if you're feeling tired and worn down, you're not the only one. Embrace slowing down, enjoy the quiet.
