Checking your heart rate is a helpful way to understand your workout intensity. 💪🏻

During the 30-minute Curves circuit, your heart works to deliver oxygen-rich blood to your muscles, helping support cardiovascular fitness over time.

The goal isn’t to reach your maximum heart rate, but to find a pace that feels challenging and manageable.

Listen to your body and ask your Curves Coach for guidance!

There’s something powerful about looking back and realizing you didn’t give up on yourself! 😊

Maybe this month wasn’t perfect. Maybe some days took more effort than others. But you kept making space for your health, your strength, and your own progress.

That deserves to be noticed.
