Renae just completed the 12 week challenge and lost 10kg!!! 💪 she looks incredible!! She nailed her macros and 5 training sessions week after week! Showing up to a PT session every week never missing a beat 👏 she gained a whole lot of strength and had a goal to run 5km which she achieved! Renae isn’t stopping here, she’s continuing with weekly coaching and we are both so excited to see her results this year 😍 so proud of you .adcock !! Happy birthday also!!! 💗

has just completed the 12 week challenge! 😍 Zoe lost 7.4kg and also gained muscle through heavy weight training 5 days a week 💪 Zoe is a shift worker and proved what is possible with a good mindset and dedication. She has gained a greater understanding of foods and even the importance of eating enough healthy fats for her hormones 👏 Zoe has made new daily habits that she ENJOYS and has decided that she would like to continue to weekly coaching, follow along to see the rest of Zoe’s journey this year because she isn’t stopping here! 💪 so proud of you!!

Bron is 14kg down!!! These photos show a 10kg difference 👏 Bron lifts heavy 5 days a week and tracks macros. She is perimenopausal, proving that it’s possible to reach your goals through training and good nutrition in this stage of your life 🥳 she shows up every week without fail, consistency is key!!!!

Online client Sasha down 7.4kg since August! Sasha just completed the 8 week challenge today where she lost 4.1kg in that time 👏 she has achieved this through weight training, recently cardio, and tracking macros! She’s even learnt how to eat clean and still get losses without tracking foods ✨ since August she has gone on holidays, gone away for work, completed uni and placement, started a new job, enjoyed Christmas and other events! Still able to achieve amazing results while enjoying life’s moments 🫶 unreal work!!!!

✨ Client Spotlight! ✨

This lady has lost 11.5kg since starting PT and online coaching! She first started as a PT client, wanting to find her love and motivation for training again. She then decided she was ready to commit to online coaching and nutrition guidance. She shows up every week without fail, she trains with progressive overload every week hitting PB’s and even getting back to her 100kg deadlift goal! She enjoys all foods and even some cheeky wines every now and then 🤪 She is 5kg off her goal and I have no doubt she will reach it very soon ✨
