The diversity in our community is so special.

And what brings us together is even more powerful.

Showing up, putting in the work and being apart of something bigger than ourselves.

To be better for our lives outside of STRONG.

STRONG instructors do so much more than coach your workout.

They create an environment where you feel supported, challenged, welcomed, and motivated every single class.

Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, they’re there to celebrate your wins and guide you to feel your strongest.

As we head into Instructor Appreciation Week next week, we’d love for our community to show them some extra love 🤍
