Hi everyone, it will be another wet and windy one tonight at the AIS. Please make sure you have plenty of clothing.

Here are the fastest times for members of our group that I have coached over the years.

Great running from the crew at the Sydney 10k and 5k this morning. Kirsty places 10th overall in 35:45. Katherine runs pb of 38:42 and Kodi and George both break 16 minutes both running 15:55 for 5k. Samson coming off sickness still manages a good 16:40. Well done team!

Congrats to Kieran for being selected to his 2nd Australian team this year as this time over 1500m. He will be competing August 5-9th in Eugene Oregon in the US.

We are back at Urambi Saturday morning this week for hills! We meet at the corner of Learmonth and Atthlon Dr in Kambah. If you want to come out and see what we do come and join us at 8:30am! Good luck to those running the Mother's Day classic on Sunday!

More big results this weekend for some of our female athletes! Matilda wins the Music City 3k in a new pb of 9:41! Emma wins silver at the New South Wales Short Course Walk Championships covering 3k in 15:06! Well done ladies!

Great running from our group over the past 24 hours! Zoe places 5th and Steph 9th at the Australian Athletics National 1500m finals last night in Sydney. Early this morning Matilda wins the 1500m in 4:25 in a meet in Tennessee. Also this morning a number of our athletes have run the Canberra Marathon festival 5k and 10k. In the 10k Zoe H places 3rd, in the 5k Jacob places 2nd as our podium runners. Shout out to Dave for running his fastest 10k ever at 50!!! in 44:41! Great running everyone!
