We know our postpartum Strength classes have been extra popular recently, so we have added 2 new classes each week to our schedule (now including Thursdays!) 💪💕
Note, if you are early on in your postpartum journey, or feel a Strength class may be too much for your body at this point in time, our postnatal Refomer classes are a great, gentle place to start your recovery journey 🥰

Meet Claire, our wonderful new Exercise Physiologist 👋
Claire comes to us with a wealth of knowledge from both public and private clinical settings. She has a genuine passion for supporting people through their health and recovery journeys and is so excited to join the growing team at Sound!
With a focus on managing metabolic syndromes, exercise therapy for endometriosis and other forms of chronic pain, prenatal and postpartum exercise, mental health and chronic conditions, Claire will help to build confidence and find tailored movement that is safe for you.

Meet Emma, our lovely new Exercise Physiologist 👋
Emma has extensive experience in clinical Exercise Physiology and a real passion for Women’s Health. As a mum herself, she loves supporting pre and postnatal patients feel their best on the journey to motherhood, as well as supporting movement in people of all bodies.

Dhara is particularly passionate about the “human” side of healthcare - listening to her patients’ stories and ensuring they feel truly heard. She specialises in the management of back and neck pain, as well as as complex musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
With advanced training and a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra, Dhara approaches every patient with both high-level clinical confidence and genuine warmth.
While she loves the variety of musculoskeletal work, she also looks forward to expanding her expertise into Women’s Health with SoundCBr 💕
