This week the 1st 10 week bootcamp challenge of 2026 was completed by these hard working ladies! ๐๐ผ๐ช๐ผ
You ladies absolutely smashed it and I could not be more proud! The consistency, effort, progress, and showing up even on the tough days did not go unnoticed ๐ค
Watching your strength, confidence, and mindset grow over these 10 weeks has been so rewarding. This is exactly what itโs all about ๐๐ผ
And just like thatโฆ we go again ๐ฅ The next 10 week challenge kicks off tomorrow and I cannot wait to see whatโs ahead!

Being 10 years in the industry has taught me A LOT, and as much as this job is so incredibly rewarding, it is so much more than what most see.
It is always a privilege to take on a new client who trusts me to help them along their journey. One of the most important parts of this job is getting to know you and always adapting.
Every client walks in with different goals, different life stressors, different injuries, different strengths and different challenges- and thatโs exactly what makes this job so special.
