Dear Members,
We’re holding a working bee on Saturday 13 June from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM to help clean up the yard and clubhouse and put up some decorations for the awards night. If you can spare an hour or two, it would be greatly appreciated.
The more hands we have, the quicker it will be, and every little bit helps. If you can can spare the time, please post below or reply to this email sent earlier today. It would be most appreciated.
We are also after some solar powered fairy lights, if you have a set and you are willing to loan them to the club, that would be great. Please shoot a reply to [email protected]
And if you haven't registered, get cracking.
Thanks very much,

Awesome drone coverage of the Canaipa Cup at the Cleveland Yellow rounding. Thanks as always to Explore Eye in the Sky for your epic coverage of everything sailing at Cleveland Yacht Club.

Everything from foiling Waszps to big keelers. If it sails, we LOVE it⛵️💙!
How thrilling to combine them all including coverage of the big fleet of Canaipa Cup boats as they rounded the Cleveland Yellow in front of the Cleveland Yach Club! Some smooth manouvres and big noise on there for sure!
Watch out here for the action video from the Caniapa Cup.

12 pairs and 3 one-ups hit our perfect flat waters for our return to winter racing and training. Our biggest number of cat trainees over the last 12 months were rewarded by life changing whoo-hoo sailing in the morning before the brave being thrown into our high (and not so high) performance cat and mono racing in the afternoon. Winter is a time of experiment and building skills, so it was great to see new foilers and windings joining in the festivities! In fact, we had to crow bar one new cat sailor off their boat after nearly 5 hours on the water! Shorts, T-shirts, 10 knots, and 25 degree water temps. Welcome to winter in Queensland!
Sailing is back at C*C this Sunday. Training from 9:00, briefing at 11:00 and racing not before 12:00.
Post below if you are coming.
