I’ve been a little quiet on here lately.
Sometimes you need to pull back, clear your head and work out where you actually want to go.
There’s been a lot happening behind the scenes learning, planning, changing things and putting the foundations in place for what I want to build next.
I’m not rushing it.
But I’m excited about where this is heading.
Crowther Performance.
More soon. ⚡️

People see the coach.
They see the sessions.
They see the videos.
They see me helping others become stronger.
What they don’t see is what goes on in my head.
Six years ago, my life changed after a concussion.
Ever since then, I’ve dealt with anxiety, overthinking, migraines, and something that frustrates me every single day…
I know what I want to say, but sometimes I can’t find the words.
I’ll be coaching and the knowledge is there… I can see it in my head… but getting it out feels like my brain and my mouth aren’t on the same page.
Then I replay conversations.
I question whether I explained things well enough.
I overthink every little decision.
Some days, it’s exhausting.
But I’ve made a promise to myself.
I won’t let my concussion write the rest of my story.
So I keep learning.
I keep coaching.
I keep showing up.
Maybe I don’t explain things perfectly every time.
But every athlete I coach gets someone who genuinely cares, who never stops learning, and who refuses to give up.
If you’re fighting battles people can’t see…
Keep showing up.
You don’t have to be perfect to make a difference.
