I’ve tried to do the work by myself so many times…
There have been times in my life where I’ve unconsciously stayed stuck and felt like I wasn’t moving forward – you know the feeling?
Like nothing is happening?
When I’m in this space, I ask myself the question:
What’s the cost of staying where I am?
What else is the cost?
I believe that sometimes, it gets to a point where we know that what we are doing/not doing is not working, and there comes a point where we get to ask for help and support.
There are so many forms of support out there, so find out what’s best for you.
I’m not here to preach coaching or convince people they need it. But I do know the power of coaching and being in spaces where we are held with earnest care, love.
I’m personally working with my own coach for 12 months currently, and I also attended a nervous system workshop in Australia in January that tested me to my limits.
I frickeb love investing in myself. Growth is one of my top values. And I love offering this space for my clients to learn about themself, and to develop an understanding of their wants, needs, and desires so that they can create a life that feels like theirs.

Holy smokes!!
I just got back 2 weeks ago from the most revealing, transformative and eye-opening leadership workshop in Australia.
I met the most epic humans and am so grateful for each and everyone of you for sharing this journey together.
I also want to thank and .antonucci for creating such a safe space for us. Getting to meet my old coach in person and be held by you .antonucci was such a blessing!
To be tested to our limits, confronted, triggered, whilst being held with so much love, compassion and support from you guys, the support coaches (you know who you are) and everyone else was such a gift. I also have a feeling I’ll be circling back round to this work 👀
There is still a lot of integration to be had, but I know my future self is proud for trusting the intuitive nudge and daring greatly.
It’s really reminded me once again to trust the guidance from our bodies, to follow what feels right, and to get support when needed.
There is so much to say but quite frankly, words don’t do it justice.
It’s work that will continue for years to come.
