🟢 WHY BOWLS? GOOD FOR BODY & MIND

Life gets busy. Sometimes we all need a reason to put the phone down, get outside and enjoy ourselves!
And that's another great reason to give lawn bowls a go. 🌿🎯
🚶 Keep moving — Enjoy gentle, low-impact physical activity at your own pace.
🧠 Challenge your mind — Every bowl involves concentration, strategy, judgement and problem-solving.
☀️ Enjoy the outdoors — Fresh air, sunshine and the beautiful surroundings of the Blue Mountains.
🤝 Stay connected — Meet new people, make friendships and become part of a welcoming community.
❤️ Do something for yourself — Take a break from everyday pressures, have a laugh and enjoy some friendly competition.
And the best part?
You don't have to be the fittest, fastest or strongest person on the green to enjoy the game.
Whether you're looking for a new hobby, a way to stay active or simply an excuse to get out of the house and meet people, bowls has plenty to offer.
SWITCH OFF. GET OUTSIDE. GET MOVING.
A game that's good for body and mind — and a whole lot of fun along the way!
Come and try bowls at Club Lawson Bowls. 🩵🚂

Next up — Post 10: “Never Bowled Before? Perfect!” A great opportunity to show newcomers just how easy it is to get started.
