has been stepping up his training and consistency and the results are showing!

Over the last few weeks Oli had been hitting new personal best's on all of his lifts. Not only the main lifts but challenging himself on the accessory work.

In this video Oli is Deadlifting 130kg for 3 reps, this was his previous 1 rep max!

My main goal was to lose weight, but also to gain strength and confidence. A big personal goal for me was to find myself again because I felt like I had lost who I was and started to hate what I saw in the mirror.

I've started to lose weight, but more importantly I've become stronger both physically and mentally. I'm building better habits and I'm starting to feel like myself again.

My biggest frustration was feeling stuck. I didn't know what to do, I had no consistency, and I felt like nothing was working no matter how hard I tried.

l've learned that consistency is more important than perfection, that progress takes time, and that being kind to yourself is just as important as working hard.

I feel more confident, more motivated, and more positive overall. I'm starting to feel like myself again and that has made a huge difference in my everyday life.

What is next for myself? To keep going, continue losing weight, build more strength, and keep working on becoming the best version of myself. My wedding is this year, so having that to look forward to keeps me strong 💪🏼 ❤️

These small group classes are run by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, meaning the exercises are safe, structured and tailored for all levels and abilities.

These sessions help with:

✔ Balance and fall prevention
✔ Joint pain and stiffness
✔ Arthritis and osteoporosis
✔ General mobility, flexibility and fitness

Classes run in a supportive small-group environment.
Even better, many private health funds allow you to CLAIM Exercise Physiology sessions.

My main goal since starting at storming fitness is to become stronger while learning that the number on the scale doesn't always matter.

In the past 6 months I have been able to consistently move up in all weight sizes and have noticed myself getting stronger.

Before training at storming fitness i never understood how strength training could help with the progress of toning your body, i always thought cardio and eating less was 100% best to achieve the way I wanted to look and feel. Not seeing results and always feeling hungry would always be so frustrating.

As it can be overwhelming to begin anywhere, i will admit i was riddled with anxiety because I didn't think I'd be able to stick to it.

My best friend convinced me to join storming fitness and once meeting Dean and Anthony I just got good vibes and felt very comfortable with the push that I needed from them to learn that I can do it

If someone was thinking of joining storming fitness I'd say don't hesitate, jump right in. Dean , Anthony and the whole team will be your biggest supporters! There is always a good laugh, and everyone is on their own journey.

I have progressed so much, I feel so much more confident with in myself, stronger, healthier and happier.

What's surprised me the most since starting is how strong our bodies are actually capable of being.

I have learnt that I am strong and I am resilient

My life has improved so much since beginning at storming fitness, I find that as a mum of 4 I am a lot more calmer, that making time for yourself is not selfish and i've been able to set a routine for myself.

I see myself staying at storming fitness for a very long time. It was a place I never knew I needed !

📣 Calling All Mill Park and Surrounds, Parents - Teen Athlete Performance Testing 📣

If your teen is serious about sport, their training shouldn’t be based on guesswork.

We’re running a Teen Athlete Performance & Injury Prevention Testing Day, led by a qualified Exercise Physiologist, designed to assess how your teen’s body actually performs and where it’s most at risk.

Our testing will assess:
✅Force production & max strength
✅Range of motion & movement efficiency
✅Speed, agility & change of direction
✅Plyometrics & power output

Each athlete receives a detailed performance report, breaking down:
👉 What they’re doing well
👉Where they’re at risk of injury
👉 What specific training will improve performance
👉How we can help them progress safely and effectively

Thursday 18th Feb

📣 This location will be Exercise Physiology ONLY. 

This is something we have been working on for a while now, and the opportunity came up so we have taken it head on 💪

We have a clinic room and full access to the Diamond Creek Community Center Gym.
