Manningham's famous River Peel Sculpture will be moving to a new home south of the Yarra River. The move will take three oversized loads on Wednesday June 2nd, and may cause traffic congestion. At this stage the construction team will be working around the clock until Saturday June 5th. Keep these possible traffic disruptions in mind if using Fitzsimons lane, between Porter Street and the Yarra River for any of the approved reasons.

2 June marks Italian Republic day. The last Australian census noted the seat of Menzies had more than twice as many people with Italian ancestry as the national average. That is something we all celebrate. Happy Festa della Repubblica!
