👻🎃 HALLOWEEN RACE ARVO! 🎃👻

We’re bringing the spooky vibes to Hinterland BMX this Sunday! 🧡🖤

🎃 Calling all riders, parents, siblings and spectators! Get into the Halloween spirit and dress up in your best spooky gear!

🚲 Got a spare bike? Decorate it for our best decorated bike prize! Just remember, it must be a bike you WON’T be racing on.

🏁 Practice starts from 2pm!

We’ll have prizes for best dressed spectator and best decorated bike, plus all riders will get some treats! 🍬

We LOVE a spooky costume, but safety always comes first! If you’re racing, long pants, long sleeves, a helmet, gloves and enclosed shoes are a must. Make sure costumes are safe to ride in, with nothing loose or hanging that could get caught in chains or wheels.

👻 Spooky? Absolutely. Unsafe? No way!

A massive thank you to Bruce from LUXBMX Store for donating a gift pack towards Brae’s fundraising raffle! 🙌 We’re hoping to have the raffle happening on the day, so stay tuned!

🧡🖤 WEDNESDAY GATES UPDATE

Gates are ON for tonight! 🙌

As usual, we’ll be keeping an eye on the radar and will let you know if anything changes. Honestly… watching the radar has pretty much been our full time job for the last week! 🌧️💀

We’ll give the track some time to dry out so it’ll remain closed to general riding for now.

Fingers crossed the weather gives us a break! 🤞🧡🖤

⚠️ COACHING UPDATE

Today’s coaching sessions have been cancelled due to the predicted stormy weather.

We understand this is very late notice. The decision was only made in the last few minutes and I’ve only just seen the message myself, so I’m getting this out as quickly as possible for anyone who might be heading to the track or is already on their way.

Sorry for the late update everyone!

Due to the recent severe weather the track needs additional time to dry out and with the current forecast unfortunately it won’t be ready for racing today.

🏁 NEW DATE: Sunday 1st November

We know everyone was looking forward to getting out on the track but we need to make sure conditions are safe for our riders.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. We’ll see everyone next Sunday! 🧡🖤

21/10/2026

⚠️ GATES CANCELLED!
We’ve made the call to cancel gates due to the weather. Stay dry everyone! See you next week

21/10/2026

🔔 We are watching the weather closely and hoping to have an update around 2pm

19/10/2026

🌧️ COACHING CANCELLED TODAY! 🌧️

Well… it’s a good day to be a duck but the track has had enough rain for one day 😂

It’s absolutely bucketing down and the track is looking VERY wet so all coaching sessions are cancelled today!

Definitely not the day to be riding. Stay dry everyone and we’ll see you next time! 🧡🖤
