☀️ The sun showed up and so did the girls! 💪🏼💜

What a morning at the track for our Girls Coaching & Mentoring Morning! From learning new skills and building confidence to plenty of laughs, encouragement and good vibes… these girls absolutely smashed it! 🏁✨

Then it was time to race! 🔥 A huge congratulations to today’s Encouragement Award recipients! 🏆👏🏼

These awards aren’t just about what happens on the track. They recognise kids who show effort, determination, sportsmanship, respect and a great attitude… whether that’s encouraging their fellow riders, showing respect to other competitors or volunteers or simply giving it their absolute best.

That’s the kind of behaviour we love seeing at the track and these kids should be incredibly proud of themselves! ❤️

So many smiles, plenty of riding and one bloody good day at the track.

🚨 IMPORTANT MEMBER UPDATE 🚨

Did you know AusCycling has moved to a brand new membership platform? 👀

AusCycling has officially moved from TidyHQ to JustGo, and existing members have been automatically transferred across.

But there is one thing we need you to do 👇

📧 CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT

You need to activate your new JustGo account, set your password and download your new digital membership card.

And while you’re in there… have a look around! 👀

A few things you might not know about the new system:

🚴 One membership now covers multiple cycling disciplines — including BMX, MTB, road, track, gravel and more.

🏁 There are now three main membership options: Ride, Club and Race.

🌎 Race membership includes access to state, national and UCI racing.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family discounts are now automatically applied when family members are linked in JustGo.

🎟️ Event licences can now be purchased in advance so they’re ready to go before race day.

And most importantly…

Your existing membership was transferred automatically and your current benefits and insurance remain active until your next renewal.

We’ve got our Hinterland Riders club shirts available to order! These are perfect to wear while representing Hinterland at the Championships and a great little keepsake from States. 🏆

There are Youth and Adult sizes available. Please check the size charts in the photos before ordering as sizing can vary between styles.

🌸 GIRLS COACHING & MENTORING WORKSHOP 🌸

Don’t miss your chance for an awesome day!

Join Teya Rufus, Bella Schramm & Charli Guy for a morning focused on helping female riders take their riding and racing to the next level.

📅 Sunday 13th September
⏰ 9:00am – 12:30pm
📍 Hinterland BMX Club
💰 $150 per rider
👧 Maximum 12 riders

The morning will cover:

✨ Managing nerves & overcoming fear
✨ Sustaining energy & session fuelling
✨ Skill development & race craft
✨ Session review & fuelling
✨ Goal setting for the upcoming State Championships
✨ On track activities focused on race ability, bike control & high pressure decision making

There’ll also be pre session morning tea and post ride fuel included.

This is a fantastic opportunity for female riders to learn from experienced riders, share experiences and build confidence both on and off the track. 💕
