Merry Christmas to all of my lovely tennis families from Richie, Levi, Zippy (our greyhound) and I. We hope you all have a wonderful day tomorrow and Santa is good to you all.
I am taking a rest day on Christmas and Boxing Day but will be available (if anyone contacts me) on Friday 27th until lunchtime, Saturday 28th until lunchtime, Tuesday 31st December Tuesday until lunchtime and then from Friday 3rd January. I am managing NSW Country team in Sydney on the 29th and 30th December. For any lessons in the holidays please feel free to contact me.

30 years ago, when I was 16 and can still remember the feelings of winning the Australian Open Juniors. It was so good to see Emerson Jones only fall one match short of doing the same thing at 15, winning Traralgon (lead up tournament) and she almost won the Australian Open Juniors. I still have the trophies of both but as a surprise for my 40th my husband put this photo together that I was a little embarrassed about but it’s a beautiful memory and we have it hanging in our house.
