Well, we’ve got just the thing to ruin that.

🚴 10 cal cardio of choice
💀 10 burpees

The goal? Keep moving. Keep breathing. Try not to question your life choices.

Think you can make it through a few rounds without dramatically collapsing onto the floor?
👀 We dare you to try.
Tag your workout buddy who says “burpees aren’t that bad” and let’s see how confident they are after round 5. 😂

135 bikes. Countless riders. 12 hours. One incredible cause. ❤️🚴

This was The Big Spin Sydney.

And for us, it was about so much more than turning pedals.

Our North Gym community raised an incredible $11,526 to support Ronald McDonald House Greater Western Sydney and the families who rely on them during some of the toughest moments of their lives. ❤️

But our contribution didn't stop there.

Our North Gym instructors volunteered their time, stepping up to lead spin sessions throughout the event — taking on a room of 135 bikes and countless riders, bringing the energy, encouragement and NG spirit that we are so proud of.

They gave their voices.
They gave their energy.
They gave their time.

And our community gave with their hearts.

Watching hundreds of people ride together for something bigger than themselves was pretty special.

To every instructor who got on that stage, every member who rode, every person who donated, and everyone who supported us along the way — thank you.

Together, North Gym raised $11,526.

But what we'll remember most isn't the number.

It's what can happen when a community decides to show up. ❤️

Big energy. Big hearts. One Big Spin.

We're incredibly proud to have been a small part of something that means so much to so many families.
