We believe consistency deserves recognition.
This winter, our members are showing up through the colder months — building strength, calm, and routine when it’s easier not to.
So we’re acknowledging that effort.
Everyone who is onboard by 30 June will be included in our Winter Recognition program.
At the start of spring, one member will receive a 3-month membership as a thank you for their consistency and commitment over winter. Just commit to a minimum of 12 training sessions over winter from any of our strength, Mat Pilates, yoga and more to be part of the community effort to bring strength and calm this winter and beyond. One hour per week is the foundation for the consistency that really drives change.

That gap in strength training matters, because without real resistance training, we get weaker over time. And it’s not a motivation problem. We don’t need more gym culture, more pressure or noise. Just a different way of building strength that actually fits real life. Coaches who meet you where you’re at. A mix of training so you keep progressing: strength with weights, mat Pilates and structured variety that evolves with you. Early morning sessions, mid morning after school drop off, evening sessions. PT and nutrition support if you need it. And when your body needs recovery, it’s here too: yin, breathwork and red light therapy to support your nervous system and allow you to lock in the gains. Progress without burnout in supportive community. All here for women like you.
We know women are the backbone of community. We can’t let that backbone weaken. Come do strength and calm with us.
