All the doggies info in one place 🐶

First off the block is our backs, who coming into the year had a lot to prove & displayed great growth throughout the 26’ campaign.

A lot of good contributors with none bigger than JOD who capped off a breakout year with a top 3 best and fairest finish.

Still not the finished product, the Jordon Butts acquisition is enormous but we did lose Daniel Pratt (defensive coach) so there’s still areas to address.

Overall big ✅, who stood out for you? 💬

3️⃣ DOGS DEPART

Coff, Gards & McNeil have been informed they will not be offered contracts for next year… leaving our last uncontracted player in Will Lewis’s future still up in the air.

Thanks for the contributions lads!! ❤️

Next up 🔜 the Draft ⏳

Player Movement Update 🔄

Obviously our main objectives have been achieved heading into the final three days of trade which is unreal but there is one more outstanding goal to obtain.

That being draft points to match a bid on exciting academy prospect Khaled El Souki. He is expected to land around the pick 15-30 area, making an early second rounder enough to have us covered.

After Fridays mega trade we are full of future draft capital delivering us a way to trade back into this year.

A side I’d circle to make this possibility a reality would be the Bombers who possess picks 17, 21 & 27 and have big name bids to match next year.

WHAT MOVES DO WE HAVE LEFT? 💬

BUTTERS IS A BULLDOG💥

Zak Butters joins the Western Bulldogs as a Restricted Free Agent after Port Adelaide decided not to match our bid.

18 months in the making, something we’ve all dreamt of is finally a reality… what a monumental moment for our football club.

It’s a good day to be a Dog. 🔴⚪️🔵

MEGA DEAL LODGED 🗳️

The trade between 5 clubs involving a host of picks & players has been officially lodged and should be signed off on this afternoon. Maginness & O’Keeffe join the Bulldogs with this deal further unlocking our Butters move.

LFG, a lot to look at… WOW 🤯 per Cal Twomey

IT’S HAPPENING!! ⚙️

The paperwork for Restricted Free Agent Zak Butters has been lodged initiating his move to the Western Bulldogs.

Port Adelaide now have 72 hours to decide whether or not they want to match the bid.

Matching the contract triggers a trade whilst not matching results in Pick 5 compensation for the Power.

Now we wait… 🙇. per Cal Twomey
