Soul Pilates

Well for whoever it was that broke into the garden studio at gasworks park and stole our weights and small equipment that we use for our pilates classes, I really do hope you are using them for strength and conditioning and that they will make you feel as good as the people that use them in our lovely classes. Please know that stealing from a small business that provides only good for our community is not cool!

And most importantly Lenny’s bag of treats were taken, travesty!! He looks forward to at the end of the session. Seriously 😧 😧

As we look back over the year, who knew the mat classes at gasworks park would be so good! Thank you so much to those who continue to stay strong, we love our classes at the garden studio.
