🔥 SCHOOL HOLIDAY CAMP — DAY 3 COMPLETE! 🥋

What a way to finish our School Holiday Camp! Our young athletes wrapped up the final day with plenty of training, learning, hard work and, most importantly, plenty of fun. 💪

Today we focused on X-Guard Sweeps — building skills while putting everything together on the mats.

A huge thank you to all the kids who showed up, trained hard and gave their best throughout the camp. And of course, thank you to all the parents for trusting us with your little ones. ❤️

Three days. Countless rounds. New skills. New friendships.

🔥🥋 DAY 2 — ANOTHER HUGE DAY ON THE MATS! 🤍💛

The energy at our A+ BJJ School Holiday Camp just keeps getting better!

Today was all about DE LA RIVA GUARD 🔥

The kids worked through De La Riva control, sweeps, attacks and Berimbolo, then had the opportunity to put everything into practice with plenty of drilling and live rounds.

What we loved most was seeing the kids focused, asking questions, helping their partners and challenging themselves throughout the morning. 💪

Four hours together and the energy was still there right until the end!

These school holidays, we’re giving the young athletes the opportunity to spend some extra time on the mats!

Three mornings packed with Jiu-Jitsu, technique, drilling, competition training, sparring, games and plenty of fun.

WHAT DOES IT REALLY MEAN TO WIN? 🥇🥇

Alexis is a double gold State Champion — an incredible achievement and something he should be extremely proud of.

But as coaches, our job goes far beyond preparing our kids to win matches.

We prepare them to win in life.

One day, the medals will sit in a drawer and the podium photos will become memories. But the person they become through the process will stay with them forever.

Jiu-Jitsu teaches our kids to face discomfort and keep going. To lose without giving up. To win with humility. To control their emotions, respect others, work hard for something they want, and understand that growth takes consistency.

The real victory is when a young boy starts believing in himself.

When he falls and learns to get back up.
When he becomes confident without becoming arrogant.
When he learns that failure is part of growth.
When he discovers that he is capable of more than he thought.

Today, Alexis is a double gold State Champion, and we couldn’t be prouder.

But the biggest win isn’t hanging around his neck.

It’s the strong, resilient and confident young man he is becoming.

We prepare them for the mats, but most importantly, we prepare them for life.
