🥊 KIDS & TEENS BOXING 🥊
Now that the winter sports season is coming to an end, we’ve had lots of enquiries about our Kids & Teens Boxing classes!

We’re more than happy to welcome new faces and highly encourage any child or teen who is interested in boxing to come along and give it a go. 💚
We do ask that you please let us know before bringing your child along for their first class.

With quite a few beginners joining us at the moment, knowing who is coming helps our coaches plan the class properly and make sure new kids get the attention they need to learn the basics safely and confidently, while still keeping the class moving for our more experienced kids.

Our Kids & Teens classes aren’t just about throwing punches. 🥊

We focus on:
• Learning correct boxing technique & fundamentals
• Fitness & coordination
• Confidence & self-belief
• Discipline & focus
• Respect & self-control
• Resilience & learning to keep trying
• Teamwork & supporting each other
• But most importantly - having fun!

Not every kid who walks through our doors wants to become a competitive boxer - and they don’t have to.
For us - boxing is an amazing tool to help young people become fitter, stronger, more confident, disciplined and resilient.
Some will fall in love with the sport and want to take their boxing further. Others will simply find a place they enjoy coming to each week.

And either one is a win for us. 🥊

VEE - GOLDEN GLOVES SILVER 🥈

Our little pocket rocket Vee earnt her spot in the final and comes home with a very well-earned silver gloves.
We couldn’t be prouder of her and the way she represented herself and our team 👏

At 18 years old, relatively new to the sport & the small size of her - she’s definitely a tricky gal to get bouts for but we will keep pushing & racking that ring time up.

Vee finished the comp with 2 bouts in total… her Silver Gloves & then a matched bout to bring home another medal 🥇

Well done Miss Vee - we’re all so very proud of you 👏🏽👏🏽🥊

DAY 4 : Isaac

All fighters will compete on other days as they progress through the comp but this is just how the draw looks for their first bouts 💪🏽

What a morning with this crew 👊🏽

Today was all about Isaac.
Months of training, nerves, sacrifices & then having the courage to step into the ring in front of a crowd.
The result didn’t go our way but we’re incredibly proud of the way he conducted himself from start to finish.

Every great boxer has a first fight. Some win, some lose…. but every one of them walks away with lessons that make them better.
This is just the beginning.
We’ll keep showing up, keep learning, and keep trusting the process.
We have no doubt you’ll be back stronger.

We hosted our first ever musical bingo night last year & it was nothing but fun!!!
Join us next Friday night as we do it all again.

Come join us for a night of music, sing along & lots of laughs.
Proceeds from the night will help get the fight team to Golden Gloves tournament in Brisbane next month 🥊🎶
