๐ขMAY Member of the Month is none other than Jason Holdstock! ๐
Jason is one of our regular AM athletes who embodies consistency. He's always showing up, putting in the work, and loves nothing more than a good sweat session to start the day. ๐
If you've ever worked out alongside Jason, you'll know he has a unique talent for quietly analysing workouts before they begin. He's always keeping a keen eye on time domains, pacing strategies, and working out exactly how long a workout should take before the coach has even finished explaining it.๐ง
Outside the gym, Jason wears many hats. He's a dedicated pharmacist by day, a fantastic husband, and an amazing father around the clock. No matter what's happening in life, Jason always arrives with a smile and a positive attitude that contributes to the great culture we have at CrossFit TMA.๐
But when the coach calls "3... 2... 1... GO!", the smile quickly turns into game mode. Jason gets to work, attacks the workout with focus and determination, and gives every session his best effort.๐ฅ
Jason, thank you for your consistency, positivity, and the example you set for everyone around you. We are incredibly lucky to have you as part of our community. ๐

Showing up consistently isn't always easy. It takes commitment, discipline, and the willingness to put in the work day after day. Whether the workouts were tough, the weather wasn't great, or life got busy, you kept turning up and investing in yourself.
20+ sessions in a month is no small feat. It's a reflection of the habits, mindset, and dedication that drive long-term success both inside and outside the gym.

๐ฅ MEMBER OF THE MONTH โ APRIL ๐ฅ
A huge congratulations to our April Member of the Month, Matt Hoise ๐
Matt first started his journey with us at CrossFit TMA back in September last year, but his appreciation for CrossFit actually began long before that, as Kirstyโs biggest supporter and fan from the sidelines.๐
Since joining the gym, Matt has thrown himself straight into our 5am Sweat sessions and regularly rolls into CrossFit classes most mornings. Much to his own disbelief, Matt has already achieved some incredible milestones that many athletes spend months chasing including hitting both Bar Muscle Ups and Ring Muscle Ups on his very first attempts.๐
Recently, Matt stepped onto the competition floor at the Masters League Competition in Melbourne after receiving a wildcard entry. Not only did he rise to the occasion, but he finished the weekend with an outstanding 2nd place finish, securing himself a ticket to the finals in Brisbane. An incredible achievement and only the beginning of whatโs ahead for him.๐
Outside of training and competing, Matt is one of the quietest members in our community, but without question one of the kindest. Heโs the type of person who would give the shirt off his back to help someone else. Matt recently showed exactly that by giving up his own time to support Di Rossโs team during this yearโs 24 Hours of Heroes event.๐ซก
Matt, weโre incredibly proud to have you as part of the CrossFit TMA family. Your humility, work ethic, consistency and willingness to help others make you everything this award stands for.
