🔥 5-Min Arm Burn with Resistance Band

Think 5 minutes isn’t enough? Try this 😏
Slow, controlled… and it BURNS 🔥

No breaks. 30 sec each 🔥

Setup:
Kneeling or seated on glutes
Long spine, stay lifted (no arching)

Workout:
• Band around wrists – outward pulses
• Arms overhead (as far back as possible) – outward pulses
• Side pull – elbows down, resist band
• Front pull – elbows back to rib cage
• Tabletop triceps – elbows close, lift & squeeze
• Shoulder push-ups
• Wide push-ups (on knees)
