Recovery is part of moving well. 🔶

This month’s reset is your reminder that progress doesn’t only happen when you're pushing forward - it also happens when you take time to recover.

Are you:
✔ Giving your body enough rest?
✔ Managing soreness before it becomes injury?
✔ Building habits that support long-term movement and performance?

Recover better this June. Your future body will thank you. 💪

Running is one of the simplest ways to move your body! But running well takes preparation, recovery, and consistency. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

This Global Running Day, we’re reminding runners of every level:
👉 Don’t just run. Run smart.

Whether you run for competition, stress relief, fitness, or fun, taking care of your body matters.
Warm up properly. Recover intentionally. Listen to your body. 🔶

A great day supporting participants at Xtreme Games Bermuda From quick recovery sessions and movement support to compression recovery boots and acute injury care, it was great helping competitors recover, reset, and stay ready throughout the event.

Events like this are a reminder that recovery is just as important as training.

Thank you to all the participants who stopped by our recovery station, and to everyone who helped make the event such a success. Huge respect to everyone who showed up and gave everything out on the field. 💪

Today is Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD). 🧡
A day dedicated to improving digital access for over 1 billion people worldwide living with disabilities.

At APEX, accessibility goes beyond physical care. It’s creating experiences, systems, and environments where everyone can fully engage with technology, information and the digital world - whether that involves websites, apps, or online resources.

🦵🖐️ Our therapists help people improve movement, function, and independence through personalized rehabilitation and accessible communication, ensuring everyone can access the resources they need.

True accessibility is about removing barriers so everyone can participate fully.

Let today be a reminder to:
✔ Think about accessibility
✔ Learn how to improve it
✔ Advocate for inclusive spaces, online and offline

Not your average massage, this is targeted muscle recovery. Using the TEND Deep or TEND Focus devices, we apply rapid vibration patterns with pinpoint accuracy to the tendon or muscle to help:

✔ Relieve muscle tension
✔ Increase blood flow
✔ Stimulate sensory receptors to ease pain
✔ Improve flexibility and range of motion
✔ Prep your body before activity or support recovery after

It’s a simple but powerful way to keep your body moving the way it should.

✨🔧One of our manual therapy methods is Graston Technique otherwise known as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation where we use specialized tools to improve soft tissue and fascial restrictions that build up over time. Those built up areas can limit how your muscles function and glide, which can often show up as pain altering movement quality.

By applying controlled pressure with the tools we aim to:

➡️ Stimulate blood flow to the area
➡️ Create a healing response in the tissue
➡️ Enhance movement between muscles and fascia

The result?
Less restriction, better mobility

May Monthly Reset: Move With Purpose. 🔶 This month every stretch, every rep, every step should have intention behind it.

✔ Build strength where you feel weak
✔ Improve mobility where you feel tight
✔ Stay consistent where you usually fall off

Your body is always communicating and this is your moment to listen and respond.
Because progress isn’t random… it’s built on purpose.

If something feels off, don’t push through it, come see us and let’s fix it at the source.

🔴 Laser Therapy is designed to heal from within. Our Class IV laser uses photobiomodulation as targeted light energy to pe*****te deep into the tissue to accelerate healing at the source. Its a non-invasive, pain-free technique that works on a deeper level by: increasing blood flow and oxygen to the area, reducing inflammation and swelling, calming nerve sensitivity (pain relief) and stimulating your cells to repair and regenerate faster.

Think of it as recharging your cells. 🔋

Tendinopathies are common in active individuals and athletes. They often affect the shoulders, elbows, knees, and heels.

We combine movement science with holistic treatments like acupuncture to address pain at the root and support true healing.
⚡ Acupuncture and dry needling can help reset the nervous system and reduce pain
🧠 We focus on resetting the brain + promoting an environment to support long-term recovery.
➡️ Swipe through to learn more about what tendinopathies are and how we treat them.
