Update on Ladies only Small Group Fitness class availability for summer session - Here is what is currently available:
Mon 1030am (50+) - 1 spot
Tue 920am (outdoors) - 2 spots
Tue 1030am (Mom & Baby) - 1 spot
Tue 615pm (outdoors) - 3 spots
Thu 1030am (50+) - one spot July 16, Aug 20, 27 only
Sat 9am - one spot July 11 only
Please note: Invoices will be sent out June 15 and payment is due by the end of the month. If you are registered and need to make any changes let me know asap.
Dates: July 4-Sept 1 (no classes Aug 1, 3, 22, 24, 25)
Costs: $15.50+gst/class for your first 8 classes, $12.50+gst for additional classes after that.
Interested in a FULL class? I can put you on waitlist. Occasionally, plans change and a spot becomes available.

It's back! I first introduced the standing long jump as a my "exercise challenge of the week" last Fall. This week, we're at it again. Will anyone be able to beat the top 5 jumpers from last time?

Spots for July/Aug Small Group Fitness are filling up! This series will run July 4-Sept 1 (no classes Aug 1, 3, 22, 24, 25). Sat/Mon classes will have 7 weeks, all others will be 8 weeks long.
All current participants are encouraged to register now and secure your preferred class(es). Any spots that remain open by June 1 will be made available to new participants.
Holiday planned? I provide an adjusted rate for one planned absence for those coming once/week and up to 3 classes for those coming 2x/week.

Small Group Fitness class schedule for July/Aug. This series will run July 4-Sept 1 (no classes Aug 1, 3, 22, 24, 25). Sat/Mon classes will have 7 weeks, all others will be 8 weeks long.
All participants currently attending 2x/week are welcome to register now and secure your preferred class(es). All other current participants will be able to sign up starting Thursday May 21. You can message me or sign up in the gym. Any spots that remain open by June 1 will be made available to new participants.

Reminder: there are no small group fitness classes running tomorrow-Sat May 16, or Monday May 18 for the Victoria Day long weekend.
*Small Group FitDate has been been canceled for Monday as not enough registrations. If you are interested in future classes let me know. I'm looking to offer this again Thu June 27 and July/Aug dates TBD.
**Monday's Group Walk is on! Meet here at 10am. Family and dogs (on leash) welcome. Plan for 45-60min which will include stretching and a playground stop. (My kids will be joining)
