Today we said goodbye to our beautiful baby Lu. If you have been around our studio you know our love for our frenchies runs deep. Lulu was the most charismatic of all our babies. She always gave so much love to everyone in the studio. Fly high my baby Lu we love you always 🌈❤️

Run much? Never!
And yet… these two took on one of the hardest parts of this race and owned it.
When they first said yes, the thought of running 8km felt like an uphill battle — but that never stopped them. Tanya and Larissa took the challenge in stride, pushed past every doubt, and absolutely slayed this race.
One of my favourite parts of race day was watching the partnerships form and seeing full support mode activated. Early Saturday morning sims, late-night open gym sessions, and showing up for each other every step of the way.
So proud of you both for saying yes, putting in the work, and proving that you’re capable of so much more than you ever imagined. 💪🖤

HYROX is new to so many people, and getting to watch my athletes learn to believe in themselves and in their bodies is something truly special. Whether you’re in your 30s, 40s, or 50s—HYROX is for everyone.
You can push the pace… or simply show up for yourself. Either way, this race is achievable.
Martina and Kristi met just two months into training and only completed a few simulations together, but when race day came, they showed up for each other. Watching them overcome every challenge to get here has been incredible.

I describe these two as my gazelles! They are so fast and have an unstoppable cardio vascular system. When I said sprint they sprinted while carrying on a conversation as if they were walking in the park on Sunday 😂. Fun fact: Ashley is 6 months post partum! Ashley and Rachel you two are amazing and I can’t wait to see what you do next!!

Our second team through the gauntlet! Jeff and Liam didn’t know each other before this race. They showed up and slayed the first race under 1:30. Way to go gentleman you guys made this race your b$&!h🔥🔥

Most people rush into the day running on caffeine and whatever they can grab on the go.
It feels normal, but it sets you up for low energy, stronger cravings, and harder afternoons.
A simple breakfast with enough protein can completely change how you feel for the rest of the day.
Better focus, steadier energy, fewer crashes, and more control over snacking.
