Wishing all of you Happy and peaceful Holidays. Thanks to all of you who danced, moved and had fun times with me this year.
I'm taking a month off to recharge my batteries and create new beautiful content. If you are not like Santa of to the beach I hope you'll find your inner child and lots of fun this season. See you in February.

A beautiful venue which is called Petra's Paradise, for those who have ever been there.
Nia Class on the lawn lead by me to beautiful music. No experience necessary.
Yoga class led by Jeannine d'Entremont. It's a beginners level, with a beautiful calming vibe.
Forest Meditation to connect with all 6 senses
Optional lunch, if you like to spend some joyful time connecting with your fellow participants and us.
If your summer was anything like mine, calming and resetting my nervous system are high on my priority list for the fall.

Happy long weekend! Hope you enjoy a dancing through life last burst of summer. How did we get to September already?
I'm using this beautiful day to prep for Nia classes and the Nia/Yoga retreat Flowing into Stillness. Which btw has a few spots left😉
Classes start again September 8 with M2H at 7pm and every following Friday at 9am Nia on the Deck and 7pm M2H via zoom.
Hopefully in October we add the Monday class back in. Can't wait to dance with you agin soon!!! WhooHoo
