TODAY September 30th is Truth and Reconciliation Day.

Tonight at 6pm will be a KARMA HOT YOGA class.

Karma Yoga classes are donation only classes where the funds raised go to support an organization or cause.

100% of funds donated will be sent to the Elsipogtog Powwow organization of the Elsipogtog First Nation. AND all donations will be MATCHED by HaTha Yoga Room.

✨Courtenay is back to teaching! Catch her Monday evenings at 5:30pm for Hot Core & Restore **starts September 14**

✨Welcome Ellie with her own class on the schedule! Catch her on Sunday mornings for a fun Flow Jams Hot Yoga class! These themed classes will feature a new theme every week so be sure to check out the online schedule at HathaYogaRoom.ca for what the weekly themes will be! **starts September 13**

We’ve loved sweating, laughing, and getting stronger with you each week. Your classes have been such a fun addition to our summer schedule, and we’re so grateful for everything you’ve brought to HaTha Yoga Room! Good luck with everything that comes your way in the next seasons & we hope to see you when you’re home next summer 😍
