RISE UP - Summer Youth Girls Program!
Registration is now OPEN for our 6-week summer program for girls ages 11–14!
Join fitness trainer Loreen Allen and yoga teacher Britt Overmars for a summer filled with movement, mindfulness, creativity, confidence-building, connection, and FUN.

- Girls ages 11–14
- Includes an awesome custom Cellar T-shirt
- Led by two experienced and passionate instructors
A welcoming space for girls to build confidence, make new friends, discover their strengths, and truly rise up into who they are.

I'm so excited to be adding a new Mid-Day Reset Yoga class to the weekly schedule beginning this July!
Life is busy, and sometimes all it takes is 35 minutes to shift how the rest of your day feels. Join me for a mindful lunchtime reset designed to help you move, breathe, release tension, and return to your day feeling more grounded, energized, and focused.

For the month of JUNE (…and hopefully beyond!) - Tuesday Evening Yoga is HERE!
I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be offering Tuesday evening yoga classes (7–8pm) at Wilkie’s Court for the month of June — beginning June 2nd!
So let’s be real of a moment… Summer often shifts our routines… but don’t let it become the reason you stop showing up for yourself.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, continuing your practice — even once a week — can be one of the greatest gifts you give yourself.
A committed practice is the key ingredient to both short-term AND long-term benefits — physically, mentally, emotionally & energetically.
These classes will be welcoming, grounding, supportive, empowering & accessible for all levels.
