Here’s what you need to know to get geared up for the season:

🎯 Preseason Skipping Clinic (NEW!)

Level up your strategy, ice calls, and overall game before regular play begins. This clinic isn't just for skips — any curler looking to boost their game strategy and team dynamics will get huge value out of it!

**When:** Wednesdays, Sept 9 – Oct 7 (5 weeks)
Sessions:
**6:30 PM** – Women’s Only Session
**8:15 PM** – Open Session (All Welcome)

**Cost:** $100 + HST
**Member Priority:** Spots are reserved exclusively for Arnprior Curling Club members until August 8th**, after which remaining spots open to non-members.

Prefer to register in person or need to grab fresh gear for the ice? Drop by our Open House!

**When:** Thursday, September 10th, 2026
**Bonus:** We’re hosting a pop-up shop with our partners and so you can check out new equipment, grippers, brooms, and apparel right at the club.

Hey curlers! 🥌✨

Just because the ice is melted doesn't mean things have cooled down around here! We’re keeping the momentum sliding all summer long to make sure our club is in tip-top shape for when we get back on the ice. ☀️🔨

Quick update from the top: **we’re officially tackling roof repairs at the club!** 🏗️🌧️

While our ice crew usually handles the sweeping, we’ve brought in the pros to handle the overhead hustle. We're making sure that the only thing dropping in our house this winter is a drawing for game-winning shot—*not* stray raindrops! 😉💧

A massive thank you for your patience as we get this critical work checked off our summer to-do list. We can't wait to welcome you back to a dryer, warmer, and even better Arnprior Curling Club this fall.

Ever wondered what all the hype is about? Want to try the fastest-growing sport in the world but don’t know where to start? This is your sign!

We are hosting a **"Try Pickleball" Night** next week, designed specifically for absolute beginners. No pressure, no judgment—just a fun, comfortable, and relaxed environment to learn the basics and hit some balls.

📅 The Details:
When: Wednesday, June 10th
Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Cost: Just $4 + tax (standard drop-in fee!)
Who: Anyone who has *never* played before but wants to give it a shot!

⚠️ Spot Are Limited!
To make sure everyone gets plenty of court time and attention, we are capping this event at **16 players**.

It is first-come, first-served, so don't wait!
