Looking for a little extra practice? 👀💙

Our clinics are a great way to get some extra time in the gym and focus on specific skills alongside your regular classes.

You can register on Uplifter for every week, sign up one week at a time, or just come for a single clinic, whatever works best for you!

Have questions or not sure which clinic is the right fit? DM us “CLINIC” and we’ll be happy to help! 💙

September 30 🧡

On the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we take time to remember the children who never returned home from residential schools, honour Survivors and their families, and recognize the lasting impact on Indigenous communities.

May we continue to listen, learn, reflect, and work toward reconciliation.

Every child matters. 🧡

A little BKGC fun outside the gym!💙⚾️

We had one last Jays game with our BKGC crew to wrap up the season, and yes, we got to witness both George Springer and Max Scherzer play their last game with the Jays! ⚾️

Definitely a memorable one and a pretty special way to end the Jays season with some of our BKGC family. 💙
