It’s Friday! ☀️
What a great way to wrap up another week at Eclipse Track & Field Club!
Our Youth Development Program in Bowmanville was full of energy as our young athletes built the fundamental skills of track and field through fun, engaging activities in a positive and encouraging environment. Learning, laughing, and developing confidence every step of the way!
Our Junior & Senior Track & Field Program then took to the track, focusing on developing speed, strength, technique, and race-specific skills. It’s inspiring to watch our athletes continue to work hard, support one another, and strive to become the best versions of themselves.
No matter the age or experience level, we’re proud to provide a welcoming environment where athletes can grow, achieve their goals, and discover a lifelong love of athletics.
Have a fantastic weekend, everyone! 💙💛 We are off to St-Catharine’s for the U14/U16/U18 Championships!!!!

🌟 New Balance Nationals Outdoor Experience! 🌟
Congratulations to Eclipse Track & Field Club athletes Lily Ryan and Jayden Robinson for proudly representing Canada on one of the biggest stages in high school track & field at New Balance Nationals Outdoor in Pennsylvania!
🔥 Jayden Robinson delivered a fantastic performance in the Freshman Girls Triple Jump, finishing 19th overall with a new personal best jump of 10.77m. Competing against 25 of the top young jumpers in North America, Jayden continues to raise the bar, with many of the top-10 athletes surpassing the 11-metre mark.
⚡ Lily Ryan competed in a loaded field of 60 athletes in the Freshman Girls 400m, finishing 25th overall in 57.47 seconds. While just shy of her outstanding 56.01 performance at OFSAA, this was an incredible opportunity to race against some of the fastest freshman 400m runners in the United States and gain valuable championship experience.
We are incredibly proud of both athletes for stepping onto the national stage, embracing the challenge, and representing Eclipse Track & Field Club with determination and class. The future is bright!
