One of the best parts of Forma has nothing to do with the equipment or the workouts 🤍💪 It’s the people. The encouragement during hard sets, the familiar faces in class, the conversations before and after workouts, and the feeling of walking into a space where people genuinely want to see each other succeed. We’re really proud of the community we’re building here and grateful for every person who is part of it!

It’s about so much more than abs. Building core strength helps support your body, prevent injuries, and create a stronger foundation for every workout

This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating all the incredible women and moms in our Forma community 💙 Thank you for showing us every day that strength is so much more than physical. Your resilience, kindness, support, hard work, and ability to keep showing up for yourselves and the people around you inspires us daily. We’re so lucky to have such a strong community of women at Forma. Happy Mother’s Day 💙
