If you have a 2–3.5 year old, you know…
The energy is BIG.
The feelings are BIG.
The independence is coming in fast. 💥

Gym-a-Tot gives that energy direction.

Through structured, coach-led circuits, your toddler learns how to:
Move with control
Follow a routine
Build strength
Try hard things
And feel proud doing it

All while you’re right there — their safe place.

It’s one hour of movement, confidence-building, and community.

And it’s the perfect next step before unparented classes.

Spots are limited — come grow with us. 🌟

Their first class without you feels big — for both of you 🤍

Hot Shots is where independence begins in a space built on care, encouragement, and connection. With certified coaches, small class ratios, and a nurturing environment, your child is supported every step of the way as they learn, move, and grow.

You’re not just signing them up for a class.
You’re giving them confidence — and joining a community that has your back.

Every new skill starts the same way — with a little uncertainty, a deep breath, and a coach who says, “I’ve got you.”

At CGC, safety isn’t just a guideline.
It’s a relationship.
It’s the steady hands that support a first forward roll.
It’s the calm voice that helps courage grow.
It’s the foundation that allows confidence to bloom, one small moment at a time.

Because the safest spaces are the ones where trust comes first.
And that’s where our gymnasts find their courage. 💛✨
