You probably have at least one club in your bag that feels perfect.

You like the way it looks when you stand over the ball, you don't hesitate when you pull it from the bag, you have a pretty good idea of what it's going to do, and when the shot matters, you trust it.

All of these things are important when it comes to your clubs. For us, it's not about fitting you into the newest and most popular or what someone else is playing. Your preferences matter too.

When your standing over the ball, confidence matters.

Before you forget how this golf season felt, now is a good time to reflect on a few things:

Think about the club you couldn't miss with, the one you never quite trusted, the shot that became your go-to, and the part of your game you kept telling yourself you'd work on.

A full season of golf gives you a lot of information about your game, and while the outdoor season may be winding down, that doesn't mean you have to put your goals away with your clubs!

The off-season gives you time to take what you learned this year and put it to work, whether that's practicing, getting more comfortable with your equipment or making changes before next spring.

Your golf season might be almost over, but your opportunity to improve isn't!

Before we start recommending clubs, we want to hear about your golf game.

We'll ask you things like "what are you hoping to improve?" "Which shots frustrate you?" "What does your typical miss look like?" "How often do you play?" "What do you like about your current clubs and what don't you like?"

We believe a fitting should be a conversation. We combine what you're telling us with what we're seeing in your swing and the Trackman data to start testing potential solutions.

And we want you involved in that process! We'll show you what we're seeing, explain why we're testing something and compare the results with you.

By the end, you shouldn't just know 'what works better', you'll know why.

Every golfer has that one club. You know the one 😉

You see the distance, you know which club it should be, and then you look at your bag and think...

"Anything but that one."

Maybe it's because you never feel confident over it, or the result is unpredictable, or maybe there's another club you constantly try to stretch instead.

Whatever the reason, a club that's consistently being skipped is worth paying attention to, because there's no point having it sit in the bag if it's not being used.

Two golfers can walk into a fitting with similar handicaps and leave with completely different setups.

Why? Because handicap doesn't tell us how you deliver the club.

During a fitting, we assess things like strike pattern, swing speed, unique tendencies and preferences, and so much more.

That's why it's best not to start a fitting with something already in mind. We let your swing and the data lead us to the best option for you.

And the result? You might be surprised to learn that it's not always the most expensive option!

Our goal is to find the best clubs for YOUR game. The ones that will get you results. And that doesn't always mean breaking the bank.

A fitting doesn't end once we've found the right club for you!

Once you've landed on the club, we still take the time to measure, adjust, and check to ensure the specific setup and club specifications work for your swing.

And once all of the details are perfect? We send the specifications off to the club manufacturer, who builds the club and sends it back to us. While other fitters may build the clubs for you in-house, we do it this way as the manufacturers are the top tier club builders and we trust them to get it right for you, every time (not to mention they also provide warranty for you!).

Curious about when you should replace your clubs? Read this.

Truthfully, your clubs don't have an expiry date. How long you have had them for alone doesn't tell us whether or not they need to be replaced.

Some of the better questions to ask are:

• Has your swing changed?

• Has your speed changed?

• Are your clubs still producing the performance you need?

• Are there persistent gaps or inconsistencies in your set?

• Could newer technology meaningfully improve something you're struggling with?

It's also important to consider how often you use each club, as wear and tear plays an important role as well. For example, your wedges typically need to be replaced more often than your irons (based on use alone).

But fitting rarely comes down to one isolated piece of equipment. Club head, loft, lie angle, and much more, all combined with the way YOU deliver the club can all be part of the picture.

Change one variable and you'll probably have to change another.

That's why we test instead of assume.

That miss you keep hitting? We want to see it!

One of the biggest misconceptions about a club fitting is that you need to show up swinging your best. And it's also what can make a fitting feel so nerve wracking.

But the good news? You don't need to swing perfectly! We don't want you to.

If your normal miss is a push, slice, hook, or something else entirely, that's useful information for our fitters.

Our team isn't judging your shots, they're looking at what happened. Your ball flight, strike, delivery and the data behind the shot all help us build a clearer picture of your game.

So don't spend your fitting trying to manufacture your "good swing" or let that mindset hold you back from booking a fitting with us!
