We continue to work on progressive overload each week online and in studio! Have you tried the new personal training series online? 30 min personal training whole body workouts.
…Lifting heavy, properly.
Even if you can’t do one thjng, there’s still something you can do in group personal training!
To build strength we need to resist our muscles, to where those last 2 reps are a real struggle but maintaining control!
At Excel it’s all alignment based training - keeping you safe and customizing when needed!
