Ten amazing ladies, one beautiful day, and lots of creativity!
Our "Just for the Birds" workshop was filled with laughter, sunshine, coffee, ice cream... and beautiful bird sculptures! ☀️🍦
Three layers complete, mounted on driftwood, and now they'll cure for two weeks before taking their place in gardens. 🌿
Every bird is as unique as its creator! 💙

What a wonderful day!
Today I had the pleasure of spending the day with 10 lovely ladies at our "Just for the Birds" (Sandpipers and Quail families) Paverpol Workshop.
The weather couldn't have been more perfect! We took advantage of the sunshine to help dry our birds between lunch, coffee, and even an ice cream break.
By the end of the day, everyone had completed the three layers of their bird sculptures, painted and then mounted them onto their driftwood bases. Now to enjoy outdoors in their gardens for years to come.
It's always amazing to watch everyone's creativity shine. Even though everyone starts with the same materials, each bird develops its own unique personality!
Thank you to everyone who joined me and made the day so much fun. Your creativity, laughter, and enthusiasm made it another memorable workshop. I hope you enjoy your beautiful birds for many years to come.

We will be heading back down to Chilliwack Mid Aug to attend the Artisan Market at the Chilliwack Mural Festival. Looking forward to a fun weekend and I hope to be demonstrating some of the process as well as signing up students for upcoming fall workshops! Stay tuned for that info :)
